There's so much to do here you'll be spoilt for choice. The major tourist resorts of Killarney and Dingle are both within an hours drive while Tralee, with its excellent shopping, is only 28 miles away along the N69. Ballybunion, which is famous for its championship golf links and unspoilt sandy beach, is only 15 miles from the town. While a twenty minute ferry ride links Tarbert to Killimer in County Clare, making Clare's major attractions including the Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty Castle and The Burren easily accessible.
