Shangra La House is a family owned and run bed & breakfast situated on the R577 (just off the N69) near the village of Lixnaw in County Kerry.
There are a total of three guest bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. Each room also has a hairdryer and a TV. You'll receive a warm welcome here and to get your day off to a great start a delicious breakfast is served each morning of your stay.
This is an excellent base for exploring the natural scenic beauty of North Kerry. Not only is it home the some fantastic beaches but a wide range of outdoor activities are available in the surrounding area including golf, angling, horse riding, walking and cycling. It's also convenient for the Tarbert car ferry and Kerry Airport and if you'd like to meet some of the locals there's a really nice traditional Irish pub near the bed & breakfast.
Directions
From Tralee follow the N69. Turn off for the R577 - the turn off is just after the Kerry Ingredients Factory. Drive through Finuge, continue ahead (there are some bad bends) and you'll see Shangra La House on the right hand side.
